Sponsor-A-Family

The Sponsor A Family program is the single largest fundraiser. In 2011, 247 families were sponsored through this program. Your contribution really does make a difference to a local family. Through this program, you can “support” a needy family by contributing $15 or $25 a month. You can choose to donate once annually ($180 or $300), depending on the level you choose) or to contribute monthly.

Your contribution allows the Food Closet to purchase perishable food such as milk, fresh vegetables, meat and eggs to make up a nutritionally balanced meal. It is also used to purchase non-perishable foods when food donations are not sufficient to cover the amount needed.

Donations On-line

Contributions to the Sponsor-A-Family program may be made through this website. All donations are secure and hosted by PayPal. You do not have to be a member of PayPal to make a donation through this website. You may use your credit card. Your card information is kept confidential by PayPal.

To donate, click on "DONATE" and enter the amount you wish to donate. Any amount may be entered.

To donate monthly, click on the $15 or $25 "Subscribe" button that you wish to donate monthly. You may use your credit card for the monthly donation. PayPal will require you to become a member of PayPal (free) to contribute monthly. You may click on "Unsubscribe" when you no longer wish to continue donating.
